Grandpa Greene’s Luxury Ice Cream

Albion Farm Shop

Albion Farm Shop and Cafe, in the stunning rural location of Saddleworth with panoramic far-reaching views across Delph, Dobcross, Diggle, Greenfield, Scouthead and Lydgate. They sell the best of British farm produce. With a full Butchery which includes their own Beef, Lamb and Mutton. Their cafe uses the same ingredients for our home baked meals and deli items.

Features include: Fully butchery, deli counter, ice cream serve over, British cheese counter, cafe with large home baked menu, fruit & veg, pies, pates, chutneys, biscuits, bakery items and much more.

Dovestones Reservoir

Situated on the edge of Oldham and the Peak District National Park, Dove Stone Reservoir is a spectacular area popular with visitors and for family days out.

A picturesque spot, the main reservoir has its own sailing club, a permanent orienteering course, an extensive network of footpaths and good links to areas of open access moorland.

Caffe Grande Abaco

Caffè Grande Abaco is located on the main High Street in Uppermill within a beautiful 4 storey, Grade II listed building. We open our doors at 7am and close at 11pm offering exquisite coffee all day long. Reminiscent of the coffee houses in Italy surrounding bustling market places and colonnaded piazzas, Caffè Grande Abaco’s welcoming charm can be seen in the design, service and most importantly reflected in the happy faces of it’s patrons.

The Waggon Inn

A delightful 19th Century coaching inn with a comfortable lounge, bar and dining area. The inn has recently undergone a huge refurbishment to bring the building back to life. Local produce and a lovely setting are the hallmarks of The Waggon Inn; with all their food sourced locally.

Dinnerstone Restaurant

Located in the village of Uppermill, Saddleworth. Named after a local landmark linked to Druids in bygone days and more recent history with local Poet Ammon Wrigley. Anglo-Italian would best describe the food. Italian due to the pizza and pasta offerings. Anglo due to the eclectic mix of various tastes linked to our Colonial Days.

Church Inn

At the Church Inn they have two dining areas, their traditional bar area welcomes any guests, also a separate dining room. Relax with a pint of our finest ale in front of the open fire before enjoying a hearty bar meal. It’s informal and friendly.
